Here's how it works:
You provide a digital copy of your food menus including the following:
Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Mains, Sides, Desserts, Sauces
You provide a digital copy of your entire beverage lists including the following:
Red Wine, White Wine, Sparkling, Cocktails (It is best to provide the main ingredients for each one), Mocktails (It is best to provide the main ingredients for each one), Beers, N/A Beverages
Please be sure to include any descriptions that accompany these lists. (ex: Blue Crab Cakes: Sweet, delicate crab meat, tangy citrus aioli and tropical mango purée.)
The cocktail list should include key ingredients. (ex: Moscow Mule: Vodka, ginger beer, lime, soda, etc…)
Restaurant (On-premise consumption) Once Easily Paired has all of the above details we will fully integrate the items, cross reference them to the best possible pairings within your establishment’s menus and login access to your pairings will be provided.
Liquor Stores: (Off-premise consumption) Once Easily Paired has all of the inventory we will fully integrate the items, cross reference them to the best possible general food pairings and login access to your pairings will be provided.
