Frank M. Bouton
Serving as our CEO, Frank Bouton brings an unparalleled six decades of mastery in the realms of electronics and software engineering, supported by a distinguished portfolio of ten patents. His leadership background includes a tenure as Vice President of engineering and marketing for a flight simulation controller firm generating $45 million annually. Furthermore, Frank successfully spearheaded his own flight simulator electronics enterprise for 15 years, cementing the seasoned leadership required for our mission. Two of the companies Frank helped start went public.
F. Mitchell Bouton
As a lifelong server, butler, and chef, Mitch Bouton, Vice President of Marketing and Sales, noticed, over 30 years, that restaurant servers and even managers had a significant lack of wine and cocktail knowledge and especially how to pair cuisine with a customer's beverage order. He approached some key people in his life with the idea of a website and app that would pair in-house beverages with the menu in the building. We came up with Easily Paired and the rest is history.
